Heroes Memorial & Tribute Dedication

It was a very nasty day out, lots of rain, wind and even hail until I pulled up to the site for the memorial. I saw people struggling to keep things in place and when I stepped out of the car, the rain stopped, a rainbow appeared and it stayed dry while I remained out there.
Anyhow, this memorial is dedicated to all our Military, Police and Fire & Rescue
